ROTARY FURNACES - MANUFACTURED BY WELLMAKE ENGINEERING COMPANY THE ROTARY FURNACES ARE ESPECIALLY DESIGNED FURNACES IN OIL FIRED DESIGN PERFECT FOR BAKING, ROASTING, CURING OR HEATING OF DIFFERENT TYPE OF NON METALLIC AND METALLIC CHEMICALS OF SMALLER SIZE. THE MATERIAL IS LOADED FROM ONE FIXED END IN A HOPPER EITHER MANUALLY OR WITH BUCKET CONVEYOR AND IT GOES INTO THE REVOLVING CHAMBER KEPT AT AN INCLINATION TO HORIZONTAL PLAIN. THE BURNER IS GENERALLY MOUNTED ON THE DISCHARGE END OF FURNACE. THESE ARE CYLINDRICAL FURNACES KEPT HORIZONTALLY WITH TWO RIDING RINGS OFFERED ALONG THE LENGTH OF FURNACE AND THESE RINGS RESTING ON FOUNDATION MOUNTED ROLLERS MOVING ON ANTIFRICTION BEARINGS. THE DRIVE IS PROVIDED EITHER BY A BIG GEAR OR FABRICATED RACK AFFIANCED WITH PINION AND DRIVEN BY MOTOR THROUGH GEARBOX. AIR CURTAINS AND HEAT RESISTING FRICTION SEALS ARE SUPPLIED BETWEEN FIXED AND ROTATING PORTIONS. REFRACTORY BRICK LIFTERS OR AGITATORS CAN ALSO BE SUPPLIED ON APPLICATION.

CHAMBER TYPE FURNACES - WELLMAKE PRSENTING PURPOSE CHAMBER TYPE FURNACES DESIGNED FOR HEAT TREATMENT APPLICATIONS LIKE PRE--HEATING, TEMPERING, STRESS RELIVING, ANNEALING, NORMALISING, HARDENING, SOLUTION TREATMENT, QUENCHING, ETC. THE INTERNAL SIZES CAN BE CUSTOMERED. THE COMPANY HAS BUILD FURNACES IN SIZES FROM 30 X 30 X 60 CM TO 300 X 300 X1000 CM. THE MODE OF HEATING CAN BE ELECTRIC RESISTANCE HEATING OR OIL OR GAS FIRED WITH TEMPERATURE RANGE FROM 300-1200 C. THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL I S THROUGH AUTOMATIC ON/OFF BY PID CONTROL, PROGRAMMABLE OR PLC CONTROLLED.
